Tammy co-organized this Chilliwack community information sharing event:
Parents, family members and caregivers within the Chilliwack community held an educational get-together with the message that “Queer Storytime Adventures for Kids” does not belong in public schools.
(The volume is very low. It was a very windy day.)
4 Guest Speakers spoke outside the Chilliwack School, where the ‘Queer Storytime” event was originally to be held, at the same date and time, which was Sunday May 5th, 2024.

The result of the announcement of this get-together, was that the organizers of the “Queer Storytime Adventures for Kids” who rented the School library, decided to move the event, and hold it in a local privately owned bookstore. The bookstore is called “The Owl and the Cat Bookery”.
In this instance, the message was heard, that the People of Chilliwack do not want “Queer Education” in our schools.
